Dancer Fleet is Scuba Pro/Uwatec's Preferred Test Dive Liveaboard
In recognition of Peter Hughes Diving's continuing effort to provide first class guest services, amenities, safety and innovative diving equipment, the Dancer Fleet has been named the "Preferred Test Dive Fleet" by SCUBAPRO / UWATEC. Peter Hughes Diving / SCUBAPRO have selected a custom mix of high quality diving equipment that's available for our guests throughout the Dancer Fleet. Periodically, SCUBAPRO, a worldwide leader in superior diving and snorkeling equipment, will provide new "test dive" equipment for our guests to evaluate while diving onboard the Peter Hughes Diving Dancer Fleet.

Each diver entering the water from any Dancer Fleet vessel will be required to have the following minimum surface safety equipment on each dive: • Diver Alert (Surface audible signaling device) • Safety Sausage (For the vessel to spot a diver in the distance.) • Mini Strobe (For the vessel to spot a diver in the distance in low light situations ie: night / dusk)
If you do not personally have this equipment, you may purchase it at your local dive center prior to your departure. In addition, limited quantities are available for rent on your vessel.
Most of the dive rental equipment on the Dancer Fleet® vessels is manufactured by Scuba Pro/Uwatec, but some items may vary in each destination. Some equipment repairs can be performed on board for a $5 minimum labor charge.
The above represents our standard fleet wide pricing for rental equipment. However certain countries have different tax codes that will impact the final price of your rentals. In some destinations a sales tax is added to the rental price. In other destinations, the tax is required to be included in the price charged to the customer, and not broken out separately. This will result in prices being charged to guests that are slightly higher than what appears here.
